These cake pops are fun, delicious and super easy to make. They are great for parties, kids or just using up leftover cookie dough. Feel free to get creative and try utilising different toppings like different kinds of chocolate, sprinkles, chopped nuts, sweets, edible glitter and more! Ingredients and equipment:
2x MCD cookie dough of your choice
candy melts of your choice
cake pop sticks
Method:
- Break up the cookie dough into pieces of your desired size and roll them into balls.
Freeze for 5 minutes.
- Melt the candy melts. Dip the end of a cake pop stick into some melted candy melts and stick into the cookie dough balls. Freeze for another 5 minutes.
- Once firm, dip the cookie dough balls fully in melted candy melts and tap on the side of the bowl to let the excess drip off. Stand upright until the chocolate has set.
- Decorate as you wish and enjoy
