Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns on orders. However, if you have an issue with your order, please email our team via orders@mycookiedough.com who will be happy to help, and send replacements if your order has any product or delivery issues. We bake and ship our orders on Wednesdays and only consider requests for refunds made within 7 working days.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund in special cases, please send us photos and proof of the problem so that we can confirm it is within our policy. We will also need your Order Number so that we can confirm your order date and details.
Please note we use this process to help protect us against fraudulent claims. Any fraudulent activity or product scamming will be handed over to our legal team in special cases.
Making a refund or replacement request
To open a refund or replacement query, please email us at orders@mycookiedough.com. Please put your order number and name in the subject line so that we can easily identify your order. Someone from our team will get back to you and open a discussion around the problem, and we'll make sure we help you with the issue. Please allow up to 72hrs to hear back from us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do everything we can to make it right. Please ensure to supply an image of the damage or product issue when contacting us.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your account.
