The MY COOKIE DOUGH franchise programme includes the use of the MY COOKIE DOUGH brand name, as well as our business model, raw materials specifications, products, production methods, recipes, operational standards and procedures, and store design.
We want to ensure that your business will be a success, so we will guide and support you in every step along the way. We provide support in the following areas: • Site selection • Store layout and design • Production methods, recipes and presentation techniques • Training and HR • Operations • Marketing
We provide a comprehensive training programme for all new partners, that spans over 8 weeks. The training takes place in your home country as well as in one of our stores in the UK, so you will need to send your team over. The in-depth training programme includes front to back operations support provided by our Operations team, as well as training and operations manuals to take along with you.
Usually, it takes about 9 months from when you first make contact to when your first store will be ready for opening. This, however, is only a guideline as there are several factors that can affect the process. We will always work at a pace that you are comfortable with and discuss the progress of your store regularly so we can support you in every way we can.
