Standard Delivery - £2.50

Orders over £40 - Free Standard Delivery 

Standard Delivery Periods - Ships every Wednesday for next day delivery. 

All orders ship on Wednesday only with next day delivery, orders must be made by Monday 5pm for delivery same week. Our Courier DPD has a 98% success rate, however if there are any issues with your order or it does not arrive within 6 days of ordering, please let us know by emailing orders@mycookiedough.com along with your name and order number in the subject line. Your query will be responded to within 3 working days. For more information on deliveries please check our couriers website for updates.

Please note:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address - changes cannot be made after 24 hours of placing your order and we cannot be held responsible for packs going to the wrong address.
  • You will not receive a dispatch email or tracking information as this has been disabled by the courier. You will receive a DPD email on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot for your delivery, along with your delivery options.
  • Our courier partner is DPD and they are liable for any misplaced deliveries. We will do our best to help with this so let us know on orders@mycookiedough.com if you have any major issues.


POSTCODE RESTRICTIONS:

Orders from Scotland will take an extra day due to it being outside of our delivery range.

We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:

EI, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, BT, JE, KW, ZE, AB37-38, AB44-45, AB53-56, CA18-27.
