WHY WE'VE MADE THIS DECISION

Like all decisions we make, we feel it's the best thing to do for our customer experience and to support the long-term growth of MyCookieDough. We had an amazing 2025 - from opening stores in new cities and countries and expanding our footprint in existing territories, to launching tons of new flavours, to partnering with huge brands on custom creations - we've been BUSY! And that's exactly the energy we want to bring into 2026: a focus on opening new stores in key areas and bringing the most delicious desserts to you and your family. At the moment, our online shop doesn't fit into that roadmap. That being the case, we've decided to hit pause on it for the foreseeable future. Nothing is permanent or forever, necessarily, but for now, we will wave our home delivery BIY Packs and cookie boxes farewell! Have a question or concern? We'd be happy to help. We are actively bringing on new Franchise partners to spread the love of cookie dough around the world.

FAQs

I have a gift card for your online store... What can I do with it?

No problem - we will find a solution that works for you! We can issue in-store vouchers for the equivalent value or find an alternative option. Please email carly@mycookiedough.com to start the process.

When will the online shop return?

We're not sure at this time! We will be sure to post about it on IG/TT, so please follow us to stay up-to-date with any company announcements.

Can I open a Franchise?

We are always open to Discovery Calls with potential franchisees and would love to hear from you! Please visit our "Franchises" page and request a call.

Will Deliveroo orders be affected?

Nope! You can continue to order from your favourite MCD store as usual.
