Allergens & Storage
ALLERGEN ADVICE:
All of our BIY packs contain MILK (Dairy), WHEAT (Gluten), SOYA and traces of NUTS and traces of EGG as it produced in a factory that contains nuts and eggs. This pack includes Nutella which contains HAZELNUTS.
STORAGE:
COOKIE DOUGH - Place Cookie Dough in the fridge (or freezer) as soon as received. Keep in the fridge for up to 10 days, or freeze it on the first day of receiving it for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer and store in the fridge for 8 hours before baking.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 Working Days. Our Courier DPD has a 98% success rate, however if there are any issues with your order or it does not arrive within 8 days of ordering, please let us know by emailing orders@mycookiedough.com along with your name and order number in the subject line. Your query will be responded to within 72 hours during the working week.
Please note:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address - changes cannot be made after 24 hours of placing your order and we cannot be held responsible for packs going to the wrong address.
- You will not receive a dispatch email or tracking information as this has been disabled by the courier. You will receive a DPD email on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot for your delivery, along with your delivery options.
- Our bakery is closed on weekends so any orders between Thursday 12pm and Sunday are likely to be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
- Our courier partner is DPD and they are liable for any misplaced deliveries. We will do our best to help with this so let us know on orders@mycookiedough.com if you have any major issues.
