Unfortunately due to our small team during this busy time, we are unable to personalise/customise any orders. We do hope to offer more personalisation in the future though!
Our current dispatch time for orders is approximately 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day the order was placed. Once dispatched, all orders should be delivered on a “next-day” DPD service so your treats will arrive perfectly fresh and delicious.
Please only get in touch with our customer service team if it has been longer than 5 working days (Monday-Friday) since your order was placed.
Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer currently. We will send you an email once DPD
has received your parcel (meaning it will likely be delivered the following day) and DPD will send you an SMS or email to let you know the 1-hour slot your gift will be delivered to the recipient if you wish to send an e-card or a text message to go along with it.
Our customer service team is very small, and we are doing our best to get back to everyone within 2 working days, but please bear with us. Please refrain from sending duplicate emails as this only complicates things on our end and may delay you receiving a response. Thank you for your understanding!
All products contain WHEAT, GLUTEN, DAIRY, SOYA and MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS & PEANUTS.
Our Cookie Dough products do not use egg as an ingredient, but may contain traces of egg. It is VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY and HALAL.
Our Stackos contain EGG.
Please check each product description for specific allergen information, e.g. Nutella contains HAZELNUTS and Peanut Butter products contain PEANUTS. If ordering in store please ask our staff for any allergen advice required.
Vegan - YES we do! We have our Vegan BIY Pack which is 100% vegan!
Gluten-Free - Currently all our products contain Gluten. We are hoping to create some Gluten-Free items in the future.
Alcohol-free/Vegetarian/Halal - All of our products are alcohol-free, vegetarian, and Halal. Please note that Stackos do contain free-range eggs, though.
Email is the way to go! Our social media team are unable to action anything relating to orders through a DM or a comment, so please email email@example.com so our customer service team will be able to get back to you. Any order-related DMs will be asked to send our team an email, so to save time, please email us right off the bat and we’ll be happy to help!

As our product is baked freshly on site we recommend you eat your Cookie Dough when you purchase. However, if you inform our staff you would like to takeaway at the time of your order, we can box it up for you to go.
