WHAT YOU NEED: An oven, oven gloves and clean washed hands!

ALLERGEN ADVICE:
All products contain GLUTEN, DAIRY, SOYA and may contain traces of NUTS & PEANUTS. All of our Cookie Dough is Vegetarian and egg-free, although the Cookie Dough may contain traces of EGG. This pack contains HAZELNUTS AND COLOUR (E162) & PORK GELATINE PRESENT IN MINI MARSHMALLOWS.
STORAGE:
COOKIE DOUGH - Place Cookie Dough in the fridge (or freezer) as soon as received. Keep in the fridge for up to 10 days, or freeze it on the first day of receiving it for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer and store in the fridge for 8 hours before baking.
Shipping
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address - changes cannot be made after 24 hours of placing your order and we cannot be held responsible for packs going to the wrong address.
- You will not receive a dispatch email or tracking information as this has been disabled by the courier. You will receive a DPD email on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot for your delivery, along with your delivery options.
- Our bakery is closed on weekends so any orders between Thursday 12pm and Sunday are likely to be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
- Our courier partner is DPD and they are liable for any misplaced deliveries. We will do our best to help with this so let us know on orders@mycookiedough.com if you have any major issues.
